EL CAJON, Calif. (KUSI/ FOX 5) — A 25-year-old man died Sunday morning after his Honda Accord was reportedly in a head-on collision with a Chevrolet Silverado near La Cresta Road in El Cajon, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
On Sept. 6, around 12:32 a.m., the 25-year-old was reportedly driving the Honda Accord eastbound on La Cresta Road. Meanwhile, a 46-year-old man from El Cajon was driving a Chevrolet Silverado westbound on the same road, according to CHP.
For reasons still under investigation, the driver of the Honda reportedly crossed over to the westbound lane and crashed head-on into the Silverado, according to CHP. The 25-year-old driver of the Honda later died from his injuries…
