Authorities say a car fleeing from a traffic stop resulted in a multi-vehicle crash Monday afternoon. Now the alleged driver has been charged in St. Clair County Circuit Court.
According to online court records, Tazia J. Beison, 26, was charged Wednesday with two Class 4 felony counts of aggravated fleeing or attempting to elude a peace 0fficer causing property damage exceeding $300 and a Class A misdemeanor of obstructing a peace officer.
