RIDGEFIELD, WA – Plans are in the works to redevelop Ridgefield’s waterfront, near Cardy Lake. But neighbors are overwhelmingly opposed to the proposed project, which includes a hotel, shopping center, and housing.
“Once this land is developed and access is gone, we won’t get it back,” One speaker said. “It’ll be gone forever.”
