ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Up to $17,500 is being offered for information that leads to the arrest of a suspect wanted for his involvement in a deadly shooting in Albany. The United States Marshals Service says 19-year-old Jacqua Cowan, also known as “Quaski” is wanted for second degree murder.

The U.S. Marshals Service announced it has increased its previous contribution of $5,000 to $10,000. An additional source has also contributed $7,500, bringing the reward to a total of $17,500.
A search warrant was issued for Cowan by the Albany County Court in June, authorities said. The warrant reportedly charges the teenager with 10 counts of second-degree murder, first-degree conspiracy, and criminal possession of a weapon in connection with the shooting death of 24-year-old Jamier Allen in 2025.
Allen was found dead in a wooded area on Boenau Street in March 2025, after he was reported missing. Authorities say Allen had been shot in the head and body.

Four people were arrested in connection with homicide, including 22-year-old Anarion Bace, 20-year-old Jeyson Guerrero, 20-year-old Malachi Davis and a 16-year-old. They were each sent to the Albany County Jail or Capital District Juvenile Secure Facility…
