A former Richmond County Sheriff’s Office major has been arrested on multiple charges, including pandering and violation of oath of office, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
Robert “Robbie” W. Silas, 59, of Hephzibah, previously served as a major with the sheriff’s office. Watch the video for more on the charges and investigation.
