BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A fire that broke out in the Smileland Dental administrative offices on Stockdale Highway near California Avenue prompted a large response from the Bakersfield Fire Department Thursday morning.
Firefighters were called to the area at around 7:30 a.m. Dozens of firefighters were called to the scene. The building appeared to be heavily damaged by flames.
