It’s almost game on time for a new concept right by TD Garden that will fuse broadly Asian flavors and inspirations with global inspirations. For now, just drool over teasers about what the possible cultural combo plates might be. Spicy carbonara with gochujang, a fermented Korean chili condiment. Wagyu fried rice. Creamy truffle udon. On the menu, too, sushi, craft cocktails and live entertainment, as Black Bamboo bills itself as “eat-tertainment.” Keep an eye on Instagram for when more details sprout up.

Hello to this Lynn expansion of a well-loved family pizzeria in Chelsea that dishes out Neapolitan-style pizzas, pastas, and other delights. The Chelsea spot is snug with only a few tables, so the Lynn location’s 70 seats, full bar, and private room beckons for long family meals spent splitting pies—classic Margherita to the funghi with wood-fire roasted mushrooms—plus pastas and generous salads. Other dishes nod to owner Edson Coimbra’s Brazilian heritage, like the campanelle pasta served with a bolognese made with spicy chorizo sausage. Lynn’s menu will be an exact copy of Chelsea, with the addition of some new dishes including confit duck leg with autumn squash, prosciutto with brûléed pear and burrata, and bar bites like warm olives and piquillo peppers with ricotta and focaccia…
