‘My brother deserves better’: Family of 30-year-old killed on Route 33 demanding answers, calling for change

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — JohnLuc Jubert, a 30-year-old DJ and producer from Buffalo, was killed after his car was rear-ended on the Kensington Expressway the night of March 19. Now, more than five months later, his loved ones say the lack of answers surrounding his death is taking a toll — and they won’t stop fighting until they get them.

On Thursday, Buffalo Police and the Erie County District Attorney’s Office said the investigation into that crash is still ongoing. Buffalo police told WIVB News 4 that no charges have been filed at this time.
