AMHERST, N.Y. (WBEN)……West Seneca-based Marrano Homes has taken one of its final steps before it can begin developing Julie’s Orchard – its latest local residential-anchored project.
Marrano Marc Equity Corp. paid $8 million to acquire a long vacant, 67-acre parcel at 4300 Millersport Highway from fellow home builder and frequent development partner Cimato & Sons.
