RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Ohio — A woman reported Sept. 1 that her vehicle was stolen from the Parkview apartments on Richmond Park Drive East.
She said that she was visiting family at the apartments when she received a call from Euclid police asking if she was currently driving in that city.
