TARC riders say Louisville bus redesign has lengthened commutes

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — More than a month after the Transit Authority of River City launched a consolidated bus network in Louisville, some longtime riders say they are still adjusting to longer commutes and major disruptions to daily life.

TARC began operating its redesigned system on Aug. 2 after agency leaders faced a $30 million deficit.
