A popular steakhouse headquartered in Nashville has abruptly closed its doors. As reported by Yahoo!Finance, O’Charley’s company-owned restaurants will not be re-opening.
Employees were given the news that their final day would be Wednesday, September 9, with many locations shuttering their doors for the final time at 8pm sharp. Despite the news, they were given little to no explanation as to why this was happening.
But, just like how workers weren’t told, there has been no public-facing response from the company, either. Despite efforts from a local TV station to contact managers at steakhouse locations in Tennessee, the only response they themselves had got was that their stores were shutting.
