Guaca Go’s Royal Palm Beach Location Sets Sept. 16 Grand Opening

What is planned for opening week

The formal opening and ribbon-cutting are scheduled for noon Wednesday, Sept. 16, which is National Guacamole Day. The restaurant plans to sell bowls for $5 from noon to 3 p.m. that day, according to the company announcement.

On Thursday, Sept. 17, Guaca Go plans to give Roots and Wings $1 for every bowl, burrito or salad sold. The announcement identifies Roots and Wings as a Delray Beach-based literacy nonprofit. On Friday, Sept. 18, first responders, nurses, teachers and students are scheduled to receive 50% off in-store purchases for the day.

Ownership and menu
