RALEIGH, N.C. (WECT) – Educational initiatives across North Carolina are receiving a financial boost to help expand student reading resources, including two youth organizations in the Cape Fear region.
The Dollar General Literacy Foundation announced nearly $180,000 in youth literacy grants for schools, public libraries and nonprofit groups statewide.
