BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A federal grand jury indicted a Baton Rouge man who was arrested after being found with $400,000 worth of cocaine.
The Department of Justice reported that Worlington West, 42, was indicted on charges of possession with intent to distribute cocaine and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
West was reportedly stopped for a traffic violation when he was found to have 37 pounds of cocaine and a 9mm pistol. According to an affidavit, Baton Rouge police stopped him in the 5600 block of Jackson Ave. on Aug. 18…
