Internet, it’s a lifeline, isn’t it? Without it, we find ourselves completely lost. It seems the internet loves to go down relatively often in Amarillo, no matter what service provider you have. Sure, some are more reliable than others, but they all have their issues from time to time.
That’s technology, and right now, one of the ISPs is really going through it right now…and it’s not even their fault.
T-Mobile/Vexus Service Issues
So if you have T-Mobile or Vexus for internet, you’ve probably been experiencing some downtime at home or work. According to some customers, the service has been down for them for two whole days, which no doubt feels like an eternity.
One customer reached out to find out what exactly was going on, and they were told that it was actually a City of Amarillo issue. Apparently, there was a water pipe that busted, and the city has to fix the water pipe. T-Mobile/Vexus is waiting on the city to repair the line.
The Latest Update On The Outage
A user came in and commented on the post saying they had family that works for T-Mobile/Vexus. They said the line was destroyed and was deemed unpatchable, and that the entire line would have to be replaced. However, they can’t do this until the water pipe is fixed or replaced…
