ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — A regional breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant chain is preparing to expand into Rockford.
According to a Facebook post from First Midwest Group, Scramblers plans to open at 747 S. Perryville Road in the Perryville Commons development.
