SAN ANTONIO — The murder trial of Charles Byrd will move forward this month after a judge today rejected a request to delay the case again.
During a pre-trial hearing, Byrd’s attorneys asked for more time because an expert they plan to call will be traveling in Switzerland when the trial is scheduled to begin.
