A 39-year-old Tacoma man is facing charges for allegedly fleeing from Lacey police officers after being found asleep with drugs in his car on Aug. 29.
Officers located the man inside a running BMW parked at an apartment complex in the 6900 block of Birdeye Avenue Northeast, according to court records filed by prosecutors.
