BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A woman charged with hit-and-run in a crash that killed a pedestrian on South Union Avenue made her first court appearance Thursday afternoon.
Guadalupe Garcia Hernandez, 36, was arraigned on her charges Sept. 10. A public defender entered a not guilty plea on her behalf.

Hernandez’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 23. She is being held on $500,000 bail.
