BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – A Ladson man was charged and arrested after he allegedly assaulted a Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office deputy during a traffic stop, officials said.
Devon Marquell McCants, 36, was charged with Resisting Arrest with Assault on Law Enforcement, Possession of Fentanyl, Possession of Cocaine, Burglary in the second degree, Petit Larceny, and Shoplifting.
