Putnam County officials give update on dogs rescued from Melrose home

MELROSE, Fla. (WCJB) — Putnam County Sheriff’s Office provided an update on the dozens of dogs they rescued from an abusive situation last week.

Thirty-six husky mixes were taken from the Melrose home last Thursday. Eleven were puppies. Fifteen dogs were euthanized due to aggressive behavior.
