LANDRUM—An ongoing drug investigation by the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office recently led to arrests at a residence on Smith Road in Landrum.
Deputies seized approximately 87 grams of methamphetamine, 6.43 grams of fentanyl, 0.43 grams of crack cocaine, and four Schedule IV controlled-substance pills during the investigation, the Sheriff’s Office said.
