A brother’s legacy 25 years after the 9/11 attacks

SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — This year marks 25 years since thousands of people died in a series of coordinated terrorist attacks in New York City, Washington, D.C. and Pennsylvania on Sept. 11, 2001.

The attacks were the deadliest on U.S. soil since Pearl Harbor and changed domestic security in this country. They also led to the U.S. invasion of Afghanistan, and in turn the longest war in our nation’s history.

And while thousands of lives were lost that day, thousands of others were forever changed in the emotional and physical after shock that followed…
