People affiliated with Chabad of Greater Orlando left City Hall disappointed on Wednesday night after final approval for what would be Winter Park’s first permanent synagogue was delayed until late October with commissioners saying they had too many concerns about parking, traffic and potential disruptions to those who live near the site in the heart of the bustling shopping and dining district.
