MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) — Guy Fieri attended an official ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday for Downtown Flavortown, marking the opening celebration of the restaurant and entertainment venue in Myrtle Beach.
Downtown Flavortown has been operating since the beginning of June on North Kings Highway. Fieri joined Myrtle Beach residents Thursday to formally celebrate the venue.
Fieri said Myrtle Beach was an ideal location for the restaurant and entertainment concept.
“Either you go big or you go home. And Myrtle Beach, I mean, this is a destination of having a great time. So when you’re going to being the biggest, baddest, craziest, wildest venue of entertainment, great food and drink, I don’t know that there’s a better destination to find that than Myrtle Beach.”…
