Sacramento County Health Inspectors gave a red placard to a Curtis Park doughnut shop after finding dozens of German cockroaches, including one crawling into the space behind the standing mixer.

Additionally, 10 dining facilities received citations for health food violations including black residue accumulation, raw chicken was stored over the ready-to-eat food and a facility had no food safety certified manager.
