(KRON) — On Friday, September 11, Congressman Sam Liccardo will join a ceremony at Los Gatos High School honoring alumni Mark Bingham and Todd Beamer, whose courage aboard United Airlines Flight 93 saved countless lives.
Beamer rallied his fellow passengers with the words, “let’s roll,” before they bravely stormed the cockpit to take down the plane’s hijackers.
At 6:55 p.m. Friday, two F-15C Eagle aircraft from the 144th Fighter Wing Fresno Air National Guard Base will soar over the school in honor of Bingham, Beamer, and all those lost on 9/11…
