CHATHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV)– A local mother is speaking out after she tried to drop off cupcakes to her daughter but was told the child was not in the classroom.
On the day of her daughter’s birthday, Jacqueline Beauchamp said she called West Chatham Elementary School to ensure she could drop off cupcakes. However, to her surprise, she was told someone already brought food and that they were out having lunch.
