The Ascension Parish Planning Commission approved the preliminary plat for The Farm, a proposed 68-lot subdivision along Hwy. 621 between Gonzales and Prairieville in the Duplessis area, with stipulations.
The commission considered the matter during a lengthy meeting Sept. 9 at the courthouse annex in Gonzales.
