A long-awaited plan to revitalize six neighborhoods on the north side of St. Louis took a step forward this week as the city formally adopted it.
St. Louis Development Corporation’s Project Connect seeks to bring improved infrastructure, such as transit, new housing and business development to the St. Louis Place, Old North St. Louis, Jeff-Vander-Lou, Carr Square, Columbus Square and Hyde Park neighborhoods.
