Tucson, Arizona (September 11, 2026) – Bourn Companies today announced the first tenants for The Works, a transformative mixed-use redevelopment currently underway at 1010 North Finance Center Drive in Tucson’s Gateway Center district. Hospitality-driven workplace brand Kiln and Tucson favorite Tap & Bottle have signed leases at the nearly 50,000-square-foot project, marking a significant milestone as the redevelopment moves toward its anticipated first quarter 2027 opening.
Kiln Tucson will occupy approximately 26,000 square feet, leasing the building’s entire second floor and establishing its first Tucson location.
