Supermodel Gisele Bündchen is sharing heartfelt insights into her life as a mother at 46, describing the experience as a true gift. In a recent interview with British fashion outlet i-D, Bündchen reflected on welcoming her youngest child in 2025, emphasizing how her perspective has evolved over the years.
“Having a baby at this moment of my life is such a gift because I’m in a different place,” she said. “I don’t have anything to prove.
I don’t feel like I really, quite frankly, care.” Bündchen, mother to three, shares her eldest two children, Benjamin, 16, and Vivian, 13, with her former husband, NFL star Tom Brady, from whom she separated in 2022.
Her youngest child was born with her current husband, Joaquim Valente, who was once her jiu-jitsu instructor.

This is my daughter and she’s like, ‘Mum, let’s do a dance class.’ So this is us doing a dance class.

“However people see me, that’s okay with me,” she stated. “I want to look back and think, ‘I really enjoyed this journey.
I really loved fully. I really experienced every emotion.
I really had meaningful relationships. I tried to make the world a better place, and I made my surroundings more harmonious and loving and beautiful.’”
