BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The man accused of providing fentanyl that resulted in the death of government witness Crystal Quinn was found guilty in federal court on Friday afternoon.
Simon Gogolack was convicted of several counts, including charges that found that he distributed fentanyl that resulted in Quinn’s death. He was also found guilty on a charge related to the kidnapping of Jeffrey Crowner, and counts related to tampering with witnesses. He was also convicted of firearms-related charges.
