MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCBD) – Marching bands from North and South Carolina come to Wando High School for the Lowcountry’s premier marching band competition.
12 bands from across the region will compete in the 23rd Annual Lowcountry Marching Band Invitational on September 26, hosted by the Bands of Wando.
