EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – An Evansville man is facing drug and battery charges after police say he attacked someone with a metal pipe and was later caught with fentanyl and dealing supplies.
Evansville police were dispatched around 10:15 p.m. Thursday to an area of Gum Street for an assault.
Officers spoke with a victim who said he was walking home from a nearby gas station when a silver pickup truck pulled up beside him in the Osborne Funeral Home parking lot.
