Lakeland Man Cited In Florida Keys For Undersized Lobster

MONROE COUNTY, Fla. – A Lakeland man faces a mandatory court appearance after a marine deputy caught him with an undersized lobster at a Florida Keys state park Thursday afternoon, according to authorities.

Lower Keys Marine Deputy Luis Guiardinu was on patrol around 1:15 p.m. on Sept. 10 at Bahia Honda State Park when he conducted a resource inspection. During the check, Guiardinu found 45-year-old Roger Tyler Davis in possession of a spiny lobster that did not meet legal harvest size requirements.
