Wawa celebrated the grand opening of its newest Murfreesboro store Thursday, marking the company’s fourth location in Tennessee.
The celebration at 5208 Veterans Parkway brought together customers, local officials, first responders and community partners as Wawa continues its expansion across Tennessee.
The event included a ribbon-cutting ceremony, Wawa’s “Parade of the Ages” highlighting milestones from the company’s 200-year history and remarks from Wawa leadership about the company’s plans for continued growth in Tennessee.
The first 250 customers received free, limited-edition Wawa T-shirts, while free any-size hot coffee was offered to customers beginning Thursday and continuing through Sept. 13…
