RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The Festival of India will return to the Greater Richmond Convention Center for its 43rd year this weekend with two days of music, dance, food and culture.
The annual festival began in 1981 as the India Bazaar. In the decades since, it has grown in both popularity and attendance, the festival’s website said.
