TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The 13 Action News I-TEAM has learned that the Renaissance hotel in downtown Toledo is under new ownership.
Records reviewed by the I-TEAM show the property located on Summit Street was purchased by 513 Excellence LLC, the same owners of the new Delta hotel at UTMC.
