LUBBOCK, Texas — Lubbock Fire Rescue responded to a residential fire early Friday morning at 5:16 a.m. in the 2600 block of Ave P.
LFR said they arrived on scene to a small single story residential structure on fire. Crews immediately began fire suppression operations. Fire conditions deteriorated very quickly resulting in the crew having to go into defensive operations for about five minutes.
LFR said the fire was so large that crews were not able to safely be inside of the structure. Fire is out and no injuries were reported…
