OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – One of three Omaha men accused of a North Omaha murder was found guilty by a jury on Thursday.
Kirshna Johnigan, Jr., 24, was found guilty of 1st-degree murder and use of a firearm to commit a felony.
The homicide happened in April, 2024 at 24th and Ohio Streets. Investigators say Artrell Evans, 30, was gunned down in his vehicle when an SUV pulled up next to him in the wrong lane on Ohio Street.
