We’re off to a great start this weekend here in Boston! In fact, many of us started this Saturday with temperatures in the 40s sand 50s, feeling a lot like fall with low humidity levels!
High temperatures will climb into the mid 70s this afternoon. We’ll continue to see sunshine for much of this day. But changes arrive later this afternoon and evening as our clouds build and thicken in advance of rain on Sunday.
First Alert Sunday
Sunday is a First Alert. We’re tracking periods of heavy rain as an area of low pressure pushes toward southern New England.
The heaviest rain will track over our area through the Boston area Sunday morning.
A few isolated thunderstorms could develop, but the threat for severe weather remains low for much of our area. Still, be careful while driving Sunday morning.
Some localized flooding or ponding on the roads can’t be ruled out…
