The New York State Department of Transportation is advising motorists that Interstate 290 (Youngmann Memorial Highway) eastbound in the Town of Tonawanda, between the Colvin Avenue (Route 425) exit and the Niagara Falls Boulevard (Route 62) exit, will be reduced from three lanes to one from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, to facilitate bridge repairs. Drivers should expect delays and consider alternate routes when possible.
