CAYUGA COUNTY, NY — A Syracuse man faces charges after authorities say he possessed contraband while serving a weekend jail sentence.
Christopher L. Stinson, 41, of Syracuse, was arrested at approximately 5:30 p.m. on September 5, 2026, and charged with promoting prison contraband in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor.
