CANADIAN, Texas (KCBD) – The No. 9 Shallowater Mustangs never gave up in Friday night’s contest at No. 5 Canadian, even down 28-16 with less than a minute to play.
QB Logan Winn connected with Mikah Blackshear twice in the final minute to give Shallowater a 31-28, taking the breath out of Wildcat Stadium. The Mustangs final TD came after they had recovered an onside kick.
