The Tulane University Police Department arrested three Tulane University students early Friday morning after they removed a Flock Safety camera and carried it into the lobby of a building, according to TUPD.
Flock cameras are AI-powered automated license plate readers. According to police, suspects removed the camera from the 7100 block of Zimple Street, near The Boot Bar and Grill. Police confronted the men, who told officers they took the camera.
All three were arrested and transported to the Orleans Parish Prison. The three individuals were charged with tampering with monitoring systems Friday morning. The defendants are expected to next appear in court on Oct. 11…
