A former Ohio teacher has been charged after allegedly housing a missing 16-year-old girl in his home for over eight months.
According to a criminal complaint, filed in Clark County Municipal Court on Aug. 27 and obtained by PEOPLE, Jobe Binkley was charged with one count of interference with custody, a first-degree misdemeanor.
