LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB+WAVE) — Two 18-year-olds are facing a slate of felony charges after police said they played a game of rock-paper-scissors before launching an armed carjacking and home invasion that targeted Swahili-speaking residents in south Louisville.
Tyler I. Brown and Anya Unique Miller, both 18 and roomates on East Southland Boulevard, were arrested following the Sept. 6 incident at the Partridge Pointe apartment complex on Carl Court.
According to LMPD arrest citations, officers were dispatched around 3 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 6, to an apartment in the 1800 block of Carl Court. Investigators learned that four victims had been subjected to a terrifying ordeal around 1:30 a.m…
