Boynton Beach Man, 42, Arrested After Alleged Victim Says Abuse Began Years Ago

Boynton Beach Police Department — Investigating Agency in Abuse Case

A 42-year-old Boynton Beach man is facing two counts of lewd and lascivious molestation after police say a woman came forward last month with allegations that he repeatedly touched her inappropriately when she was a child. Rayon Wayne Jackson was arrested on September 9, according to the Boynton Beach Police Department.

The case traces back to allegations reported to police in August 2026, years after the abuse is said to have occurred, as reported by WPBF. The victim told detectives that Jackson repeatedly touched her inappropriately while she was a child, including multiple incidents in which she says he touched her while she was sleeping. The victim’s mother told investigators her daughter disclosed the alleged abuse years ago, and she described additional incidents she said she witnessed or later learned about.

How Detectives Built Their Case

Detectives established probable cause to charge Jackson after investigators conducted a recorded phone call with him and later interviewed him at the police department, police said. During that recorded call, according to the arrest affidavit, Jackson acknowledged touching the victim. Investigators also say Jackson wrote an apology letter to the victim and her family…
